Every week we have the opportunity to provide excellent support to the Pastors at Bayside by assisting with the day-to-day Administrative Services. We do this wholeheartedly because we know that we are providing our Pastors with the time to reach the unchurched, uncommitted and undecided and to help them become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Altar & Service Prayer Team

The Service Prayer Team is responsible for praying during each weekend service for God’s Word to be heard, hearts to be touched and lives to be changed.  The Altar Team provides prayer at the end of each service for those people coming to the altar with prayer requests.

Assisted Living Visitation

We are devoted to showing Christ’s compassion and love to the elderly and those in a mental or physical recovering process. We provide companionship for the person by praying, listening, reading, doing crafts or writing letters for them when requested.

Bayside Kids

We are a team passionately devoted to teach and show kids the love and character of Jesus Christ. Our goal is “To create an environment where All Children May Enter into worship, into relationship with each other, into learning the Word of God and into becoming fully devoted kids for Christ.”

We strive to enhance the overall Bayside experience by creating an environment where an attendee can easily connect with the presentation. Our goal is to enhance, not distract what God wants to do at each Bayside service. We provide training for each Audio Visual service opportunity; so that we can enhance the service with excellence.

BaysideWomen

We know that having healthy relationships is vital to our growth. BaysideWomen is providing a way for women to connect on a deeper, more intimate level, “heart to heart”; so they can become Fully Devoted Followers of Christ. We help provide Small Groups, Encounter Retreats, Conferences, Events and Socials that serve as a vehicle for spiritual growth, encouragement and fellowship. Our heartbeat is to connect women with God and with each other. As we seek to carry out this message, our goal is to see women who are “Dedicated to seeking God, Confident in Who they are in Christ and Driven to Share the Love of Christ with Others.”

Epic is the High School Ministry at Bayside Community Church. We are passionate about raising up the next generation to live lives of meaning and purpose.  In everything we do, we want to help students grow in their relationship with Christ and reach their full potential in Him.

Encouragers Ministry

Encouragers are a group of individuals that are committed to encouraging people who reach out for help in their relationships. The act of just “listening” is an investment into someone’s life that often leads them to find true significance and healing.
Feed the Need provides dinners to families when the primary provider is unable to make the meals.  Providing meals to those in need opens up an opportunity to touch lives in a very significant way.

We know that 6th – 8th graders tend to find themselves in between a lot of things. We’re here to help them identify who they are at this very influential time in their lives. We believe that if God can impact them now that they will be headed in the right direction as they enter high school. Our desire is to see Middle School Students come into a relationship with God and grow to become all that He has created them to be.

Hospital Visitation Ministry

The Hospital Visitation team provides comfort and prayers for the church body during times of physical or emotional affliction while in the hospital or at home. We desire to reach out and share the love of Christ through listening to needs, praying for requests and showing Christ’s compassion.

We are the first people visitors see when they walk through the doors at Bayside, giving us an opportunity to make a huge impact. Our purpose is to reach out to visitors and members with the love of Jesus Christ. We joyfully serve the attendees of Bayside by greeting, guiding to appropriate locations, informing of upcoming events, serving refreshments, handing out bulletins and anything else to make them feel loved and welcomed.

Impact College & Career Ministry

Maintenance Team

Our Maintenance Team will complete miscellaneous tasks and perform small repair work for people living alone, the elderly or those recovering from surgery or illness.

Network Prayer Team

The Network Prayer Team is dedicated to pray for the requests that Bayside receives through email or by phone. This team is committed to take each and every request before the Lord in prayer as intercessors.  

Pastoral Care Department

Our Care Department desires to meet an individual’s needs by providing prayer and support. We offer Wedding services, Pre-Marriage & Marriage counseling, Hospital Visitation, Spiritual & Financial support and other services related to the care of the body of Christ.
